In the PlayStation Labo area is a Bot sadly trying to make sense of a pile of shapes. This is referencing PS4 launch title Knack, released in 2013 and developed by SCE Japan Studio. The shapes are what Knack is made of, and he was designed to showcase the power of the PlayStation 4 by being made up of thousands of objects. It’s a reference to Symphony of the Night thanks to the blonde hair. In one of the animations, the Bot will check a clock, referencing how Dracula only returns from the dead every 100 years. Castlevania is a very important game, as it alongside Super Metroid helped establish the Metroidvania genre.
Coming as a pair of one red and one blue microphone, they came bundled with an adapter that both mics plugged into. This was so that they only take up one of the PS2’s USB ports, leaving the remaining port open for the EyeToy camera. The follow-up to the original Multitap, this peripheral also allowed players to use more than two controllers with their games. Unlike PS1 games, PS2 games never exceeded more than four players. Once you encounter the first Shock Walls, make your way South-East into a pink area filled with spider webs you can thrust through. At the end you’ll find an Artefact, as well as a Bot hanging upside-down from the ceiling by a web. This is a reference to 2018’s Spider-Man, developed by Insomnia Games.
To find them, you need to locate hidden disco balls in the regular levels. Since the path starts at Bot Beach, travel matching the path shown on the Special Bot’s capsule to free him and unlock the final Special Bot. Return to the same pier that you found the first correct starfish under and look towards the sandstorm, and you’ll see one just to the right of a palm tree nearby, which is the third starfish. casino s8 is at the end of the beach on the left side, a little underwater. When you move past the enemy you leave alive, climb on top of the area on the white walls. Move along it until you reach the tiny astronaut on it, then purposefully die while standing on it to respawn back by the checkpoint and free the Special Bot.
To the right of the corridor where you first start mowing down enemies with the Gatling Gun, you’ll spot a Bo wearing a PS VR headset and using an Aim Controller. While the game he could be playing is vague, we’ve gone for Farpoint, a creepy VR game set in space that was a showcase for the Aim Controller. It was released in 2017 for PS4 and was developed by Impulse Gear.
It’s notable for using satellite imagery from Google Earth to render its cities. This section only lists games whose only easter eggs were in the Trophy list. Games who had others within the game itself are listed above instead. On another table in the Labo area is a purple dragon surrounded by red Gems.

Before you can start this path, travel to the opposite end of the beach from where the final starfish was and knock over a blue item to reveal a racing wheel. On that platform, there will be a small jutting rockface on its left, which when walked on, will reveal the Special Bot. This one references the PS5 game Returnal, and gives you the hint using an image of an astronaut.
It perfectly showcases the capabilities of the device in fun and engaging ways. From the moment you boot up the demo, the game takes you through the DualSense.
